Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS or SAN) is a copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile. It offers significant properties as transparency, stiffness, strength and also heat and chemical resistance, which are suitable for the production of sanitary wares, juice mixers, cosmetic cases, lighters, and etc.
“Green ABS” is an innovation of ABS resin as the result of discovery and research to replace synthesis rubber (butadiene) with natural rubber in ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) manufacturing process. IRPC is the pioneer and be the first one who could produce ABS with natural rubber. The technique has been developed and tested by IRPC Research and Development division. It has extremely long chains, with molecular weight numbering in the millions, usually between 3 and 10 millions, UHMW-PE has and outstanding combination of mechanical properties, Particularly toughness and abrasion wear resistance, combined with the excellent chemical properties.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) has an opaque appearance. Products exhibit high tensile, impact strength and high chemical resistance. This resin is widely used for the production of PE pipes, shopping bags, bottles, chemical drum, lubricant gallon, bottle lids, and industrial containers such as fruit crates, beer crates, etc.
